| Fried Onions For Hyderabadi Recipes |
1. Cut onions into thin
slices
2. Sprinkle corn flour on the
slices and toss them

3. Heat oil in a deep pan
till smoky hot

4. Reduce the flame to medium
low .Deep fry onions evenly till crisp.
5. Transfer them to an absorbent
paper.

stays good for several days if kept in an air tight glass jar.

left over oil can be used for dosa.
