Fried Onions For Hyderabadi  Recipes


1.     Cut onions into thin slices
2.    Sprinkle corn flour on the slices and toss  them

3.    Heat oil in a deep pan till smoky hot 

4.    Reduce the flame to medium low .Deep fry onions evenly till crisp.
5.    Transfer them to an absorbent paper.

* stays good for several days if kept in an air tight glass jar.
* left over oil can be used for dosa.
