Restaurant Style Kadai Paneer

Kadai Paneer
The food that doesn’t thrill the eyes, many a times doesn’t delight the tongue & the tummy too.  Most of us think no matter what I do & what I use, homemade can only be made palatable and not scrumptious like the restaurant style dishes. But how true is this. If you are one among those to say so, do take back your words. Here is the recipe to get a replica of Restaurant Style  Kadai paneer . Kadai Paneer is one among the popular dishes that is ordered by most vegetarians during their dine in at restaurants.

    1. yes, it works but choose firm tofu and not silken tofu, silken tofu just disintegrates or mushes up once you begin to cook.i tried this but marinated only for 10 to 15 mins. Definitely tofu will taste like tofu and not like paneer. Considering the health benefits, you must try. Try in small qunatity to check if you like it.
