Instant milk peda in 15 mins

PEDA RECIPE

        Pour ½ tablespoon ghee to a non-stick pan.

Pour ½ cup milk. When the milk becomes warm, add 1 cup milk powder.

turn the flame to low and mix well to make a smooth mixture.

Keep stirring constantly and cook on a medium flame. You will see the mixture begins to turn thicker.

After 1 to 2 mins, add  ½ tablespoon ghee.

Keep stirring & cook until it becomes a mass.

Transfer this to a bowl and cool down.

Add ½ teaspoon cardamom powder and 4 to 5 tablespoons powdered sugar.

Knead the dough. Divide the dough to portions and make round balls

Flatten and tuck in a pistachio in each peda. Want another recipe of mawa peda, continue to watch

MAWA PEDA Crumble 200 grams khoya in a pan.

Add ½ tin condensed milk . Also add in ½ teaspoon cardamom powder and kesar

Cook the mixture stirring .

It turns thick in a few minutes

After cooling the mixture it becomes thick

Take portions of the mixture and roll to peda

Add some cocoa powder to make the chocolate peda.
