Pea Shoots Recipe

Ingredients
200 grams (7 ounces)
pea shoots
(rinse & drain well, chop if you want)
1 tablespoon (3 large cloves)
garlic
minced
1
green chili
deseed, chop or slice (or ¼ tsp chili flakes)

tablespoon
oil
⅛
teaspoon
salt
(optional)
Instructions
Pour oil to a wok and add garlic and green chili. Let the garlic and chili cook on a low heat for a minute, until aromatic. Do not brown.
Add the pea shoots and sprinkle salt. Increase the flame to high and stir fry just for a minute and turn off. Do not overcook.
Remove to serving plate immediately and serve.
