Mumbai Street Snack
Add 2 cups crispy puffed rice and 3 to 4 tablespoons boiled diced potatoes to a large bowl.
Add 2 tablespoons chopped onions, 3 to 4 tablespoons tomatoes, coriander leaves & green chilies.
Add tamarind chutney as per your taste.
Add red chutney as per your taste
Add in green chutney to suit your taste. Add ½ to ¾ teaspoon chaat masala and salt.
Mix to coat the chutneys all over the puffed rice
Add 2 tablespoons roasted peanuts, crushed papdis & sev. Gently mix
Transfer bhel puri immediately to serving plates. Top with more sev and papdis.
