MANGO ICE CREAM

Add 2 cups chilled mango puree to a mixing bowl

 Add half milk powder

Whisk well

Pour 3/4 to 1 can of condensed milk

Mix well

Add 2 cups of heavy cream to a chilled bowl

Whip until soft peaks

Add the whipped cream in batches to mango puree

Fold gently to combine both

Mango ice cream mixture is smooth

Pour to frozen metal pans and level the top. Press down with a parchment paper and freeze

Freeze for 8 to 12 hours until set. Scoop the mango ice cream and serve
