Fruit juice recipes – Pure, delicious and hydrating fruit juice recipes. Homemade fruit juice has no additives & is not diluted so it makes sense to juice the fruits at home rather than to consume bottled juices.
No doubt eating whole fruits is one of the most healthiest ways of consuming them. But the basic benefit of fruit juices is an increase in the amount of consumption of fruits.
The amount of fruits that are consumed in the form of juice is much higher than the quantity that we can normally eat. So even 1 to 2 servings of fruit juice in a day is going to provide a lot of vitamins, minerals and phytonutrients. It may also help us to overcome deficiencies.

Fresh fruit juice recipes
Mango Juice – Homemade refreshing & rehydrating juice made using ripe mangoes. We usually make mango juice when fresh mangoes are in season during the month of May to July. However it can also be made with frozen fruit or mango pulp.
Pineapple juice recipe – Pineapple juice is refreshing and provides instant energy to any one as it is high in vitamins, minerals and natural sugar as well.
Pear juice recipe – Pear juice helps to beat sunstroke & dehydration. Heals acidity, stomach flu and ulcers. In Singapore, Chinese pears are available in abundance. So when I made this juice I used the same. You can also use the regular green pears.
Carrot orange juice – Carrots are great to improves eye health, immunity and reduces stress. This carrot orange juice is great for kids in building resistance to frequent cold and flu. You can also skip the oranges and just use lime or lemons.
