1. Most of the recipes shared here do not need a mixer or blender. Some of the recipes call for ginger garlic paste, if you cannot crush them, you can use them in minced, grated or chopped form, does not alter the taste much.
2. Some recipes need garam masala , you can use a store bought one.
3. I suggest you to check the delicious rice recipes as most of them are balanced healthy one pot meals that are tasty too.
